The Key Accounts Department Head is responsible for overseeing relationships with the organization’s most strategic and high‑value clients, including government bodies, large industrial customers, and major commercial establishments within the water utility sector. This senior position ensures top‑tier service delivery, drives customer satisfaction, and uncovers growth opportunities for long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for high‑value clients to maximize revenue and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and partnership expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams—operations, engineering, finance—to align solutions with client needs.
• Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
• Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in key‑account management, preferably within utilities, infrastructure, or public services.
• Proven track record of managing high‑value accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
