Key Account Manager

About the role

Air Liquide Philippines is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its commercial team at the head office in Taguig. The role focuses on managing and growing strategic accounts in South Luzon and Batangas, primarily within the semiconductor and food sectors, and driving sales of packaged gas, bulk supply, on‑site supply, and pipeline solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and retain core strategic accounts across food, semiconductor and related industries.
• Conduct regular site visits and lead relationship‑building initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key clients to ensure alignment and address operational needs.
• Monitor and manage P&L performance for basin and on‑site accounts nationwide.
• Identify and execute commercial strategies for business expansion, infrastructure upgrades and capacity increases.
• Negotiate contract clauses, manage renewals and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
• Collaborate with global Key and Senior Account Managers to align local operations with international strategies.
• Use internal Salesforce tools to log activities and produce weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical/business discipline.
• Extensive B2B Key Account Management or Technical Sales experience, preferably in industrial gas, chemical, manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Proven track record managing high‑value bulk, on‑site or pipeline contracts and handling complex renewals.
• Strong financial acumen with experience analysing account P&L metrics.
