About the role
We are seeking a Junior Video Producer to join our fast‑moving production team. This position blends creative storytelling with the technical expertise needed to deliver high‑quality podcast and digital video content that aligns with our brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing video shoots for various podcast formats.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting rigs, and audio recording equipment on set.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos using cuts, transitions, and overlays.
- Ensure all video outputs follow branding guidelines and storytelling objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve production quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience in video and audio editing.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑velocity environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Genuine interest in the podcasting landscape and digital creator economy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
- Camera operation and framing.
- Studio lighting setup.
- Audio recording and basic sound design.
