Junior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to create engaging, intuitive designs that enhance user experiences. You will work closely with product management and engineering to bring visual concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define innovative visual solutions.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept through hand‑off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Present and defend design decisions to peers and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to discuss design options clearly.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with Sketch.
• Proficiency with Figma.
