Junior Software Engineer – Hybrid (UK IT Services)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our hybrid team supporting UK‑based IT services. You will work from our Metro Manila office while collaborating with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop and maintain SaaS software.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Assist in implementing new features and functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Work with product, QA and other teams to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and object‑oriented programming.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous internship or work experience in software development.
