Junior Producer

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Producer to support the execution of video, branded, digital, and publishing projects from pre‑production through post‑production. You will work closely with Senior Producers, clients, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Senior Producers in managing all stages of video and content production, from concept to final delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, logistics, and operational requirements.
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Arrange talent, crew, suppliers, and client interactions before, during, and after shoots.
• Prepare scripts, shot lists, call sheets, permits, and other production documents.
• Organise and maintain production assets, project files, footage, and creative materials.
• Provide on‑site production support to ensure smooth shoot execution.
• Monitor post‑production progress, including editing, revisions, approvals, and final outputs.
• Support multiple agency and publishing projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation, file management, and archiving of production materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production, media, advertising, or a related industry (preferred).
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on‑site during shoots when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using production management tools.
