Junior Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Multimedia Designer to create visually compelling assets for our digital, analytics and marketing solutions. The role involves static design, motion graphics, basic video editing and interactive content that support brand initiatives and performance‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality static and motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites and advertisements.
• Support video editing, motion‑graphics and simple animation tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team Lead and other stakeholders to translate briefs into creative concepts.
• Revise and optimise assets based on feedback, performance data and platform requirements.
• Adapt designs for various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and e‑commerce sites, staying current with design trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static design, motion graphics and digital content.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of video formats, aspect ratios and digital publishing requirements.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
