Conference and Seminar Executive II

About the role

The Conference and Seminar Executive II supports end‑to‑end planning, execution, and post‑event processes for virtual conferences and webinars, ensuring content accuracy and seamless stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage speaker and session information, including proofreading, updating, resizing, uploading, and auditing.
• Liaise with speakers and sponsors to collect bios, headshots, logos, synopses, and marketing assets.
• Build and configure registration pages, Atlas Showcase pages, and virtual event platforms.
• Provide technical and operational support during live webinars, host or co‑host sessions, and facilitate rehearsals.
• Manage live engagement tools such as Q&A, audience prompts, and holding slides.
• Download, clean, and deduplicate webinar analytics, compile reports, and upload recordings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain trackers, and perform administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in events, operations, or back‑office support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work with global or cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and content management systems.
• Experience using Gleanin for content uploads and downloads.
