Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

The Junior Legal Counsel will join DSV’s Legal, Risk & Claims team to support compliance, contract management and claims handling. Working under supervision, you will provide essential legal and administrative assistance across a range of logistics‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting and finalising contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct basic legal research and prepare concise summaries or opinions.
• Help manage claims and dispute documentation, including evidence gathering.
• Support investigations of minor claims and legal issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal matters.
• Maintain organised legal records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, correspondence and legal updates.
• Contribute to policy development and legal awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a law degree.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
