Junior Legal Business Partner (Manila)

About the role

Finyon Global is seeking a Junior Legal Business Partner to support its fintech operations in Manila. The role involves providing legal assistance to various business units, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage agreements and other legal documents to ensure compliance and alignment with company interests.
• Provide legal support to business units by reviewing documents, identifying potential risks, and recommending practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and research relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to support compliance initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining legal templates, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze documents and identify risks.
• Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
