About the role
We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Consultant to provide consulting services to our clients in both Japanese and English. The role involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction, and supporting the team in delivering effective services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consulting and support to clients in Japanese and English.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Use Japanese language proficiency to improve communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 13 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong orientation toward customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Japanese (N3 level or equivalent).
