About the role
The IWS Manager leads the deployment of the Integrated Work System (IWS) across the plant, driving cultural transformation and operational excellence. Reporting to the IWS Director, the role embeds the "Learn‑Do‑Teach" methodology into production lines and support functions to meet the site’s roadmap and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support plant leadership and pillar teams in shaping strategic direction, masterplans, and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute the plant’s cultural vision aligned with IWS principles and the Compelling Business Need.
- Manage phased IWS implementation, oversee pillar ownership, conduct audits, and provide coaching.
- Benchmark best practices across plants to standardize IWS deployment.
- Build site leadership capability through coaching, qualification processes, and step‑up card usage.
- Lead Process Reliability, establish KPIs, visual management tools, and maintain the site OGSM.
- Coordinate regular drumbeat meetings to track IWS progress and schedule adherence.
