IT Support Level 2 Specialist (Remote)

About the role

RecruitGo is seeking an IT Support Level 2 Specialist to deliver technical assistance across multiple client environments. This remote, project‑based position involves troubleshooting, user support, and occasional onsite visits, all within a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and administration for various client systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, resolve them or escalate to specialist teams as needed.
• Perform periodic onsite visits to client locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of support activities.
• Offer continual improvement recommendations for IT processes.
• Assist senior project staff on occasional tasks.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work well in a team.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
