IT Support Analyst

About the role

RONIN International is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide first‑ and second‑line technical assistance to staff in its Manila office and remote colleagues across the APAC region. The role is fully onsite and involves managing hardware, software, connectivity and facilities support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support for hardware, software and network issues to on‑site staff and remote users via phone, email, Teams and remote desktop tools.
• Liaise with internet service providers and network vendors to resolve connectivity problems affecting Manila and APAC teams.
• Procure, inventory, and dispose of IT hardware across the region.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding for new and departing employees, ensuring equipment, accounts and access are ready or removed promptly.
• Create, configure and maintain user accounts in O365, Azure AD, Jira, Confluence and telephony platforms, assigning licences, groups and role‑based permissions.
• Conduct IT induction sessions and communicate security policies and acceptable use guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and software licences in the IT asset management system.
• Act as the primary facilities contact for the Makati office, coordinating maintenance, repairs and fit‑out projects with contractors and building management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, supporting both on‑site and remote users.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows 10/11 and common business applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• O365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Azure AD (Entra AD) user and group management, including MFA, SSO and conditional access.
• Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of telephony platforms.
