IT Staff – Hardware, Software & Network Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Staff member to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves setting up, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment while supporting end‑users across our offices.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Manage databases and generate reports.
• Develop and maintain simple code scripts as needed.
• Document departmental plans and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of experience in IT hardware, software, or related fields.
• Strong overall knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and database management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for end‑user training.
• Ability to plan, document, and manage multiple projects.
