IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software and network services. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, system administration and implementation of IT solutions that enhance business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers, CCTV cameras and various printers, photocopiers and scanners.
• Maintain backup systems, including file servers and NAS storage, to guarantee data availability.
• Perform LAN cabling, manage the server room and oversee firewall, switches and router configurations.
• Administer Active Directory and web servers, and ensure network and Wi‑Fi security.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users for all IT‑related issues.
• Identify and implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience supporting business operations.
