IT Security Analyst

About the role

The IT Security Analyst will monitor and report security events across the iQor enterprise, ensuring that all security devices operate healthily and comply with industry regulations. This role supports continuous improvement of security processes and contributes to audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring, reporting, and health checks of security tools and devices.
• Analyze security logs, generate ad‑hoc reports, and submit incident tickets to the Service Desk.
• Ensure monitoring activities align with ISO, PCI DSS, SOC, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Assist in maintaining compliance initiatives and audit documentation.
• Participate in security projects, mentor staff, and share best practices across iQor facilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new measurement systems.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT or security operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support audit readiness.

Required skills

• Security monitoring and event analysis.
• Log review and incident ticketing.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks: ISO, PCI DSS, SOC, HIPAA.
