IT Officer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Officer to join our Office Support team. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users, handling hardware, software and network incidents while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Level 1 incident handling: qualify, identify root cause, propose and implement solutions or escalate to Level 2.
• Preventive maintenance: define and execute control points.
• Troubleshoot hardware (PCs, monitors, docking stations, peripherals) and accessories.
• Resolve issues related to Windows domain, permissions, browsers, Office suite, antivirus, VPN (Zscaler) and Microsoft Teams.
• Assist with video‑conference setup and business‑software installation.
• Support mobile enrollment in the company portal and Office 365 account usage.
• Handle data‑storage, server, copier and printer availability incidents.

Required profile

• Successful first experience in user support.
• Strong analytical ability to define appropriate solutions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Methodical and rigorous work approach.

Required skills

• Windows operating system (domain and permissions management).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Antivirus software operation and update verification.
• VPN solution (Zscaler).
• Microsoft Teams.
• Office 365 administration.
• EasyVista or similar ITSM tool.
• Microsoft Intune.
