Software Engineer (React Native)

About the role

Ideagen is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in React Native to design, build, and modernise cross‑platform mobile applications. You will work with TypeScript, functional components, hooks and navigation to deliver responsive Android and iOS experiences while collaborating in an Agile, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud‑hosted mobile solutions using React Native and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Identify, troubleshoot and fix software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write unit tests and maintain documentation for your code.

Required profile

• Approximately 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience building cross‑platform mobile apps with React Native.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) working methods.
