IT Helpdesk Support (Level 1/2) – Microsoft Cloud Focus

About the role

We are expanding our team and need a proactive IT Helpdesk Support professional (Level 1 & Level 2) to serve a UK‑based client in the construction and accounting sectors. You will work daily with Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, handling hardware, software, and network issues for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to hardware, software, and network support tickets.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and general network connectivity.
• Support software rollouts, system upgrades, and accounting‑software migration projects.
• Apply IT security best practices to protect client systems and data.
• Document support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates on complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role (L1/L2).
• Strong written and spoken English; front‑line contact for an international client.
• Experience supporting UK‑based clients is a strong plus.
• Self‑directed yet comfortable working as part of a team.
• Service‑first mindset with a focus on end‑user satisfaction.
