About the role
The IT Assistant will provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees across the organization, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly. This role is based in Makati and will collaborate closely with the IT team to resolve incidents and contribute to ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to end‑users for hardware, software and network issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, peripherals and applications.
- Manage help‑desk tickets, prioritize requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades and system improvements as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
