Investment Middle Office IBOR – Fund Servicing Analyst Team Leader

About the role

Join the Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) team as an Investment Book of Record (IBOR) Analyst and Team Leader. You will ensure accurate and timely delivery of IBOR data to clients while acting as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholder interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients and internal partners, building strong relationships to support premier service delivery.
• Oversee daily operational activities required for constructing and delivering client IBOR reporting.
• Communicate escalations, service updates, and progress to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Maintain robust standard operating procedures to meet corporate risk and control standards.
• Participate in key projects to uphold the global IMOS strategy.
• Collaborate with global operations, front‑office, performance & risk, compliance, technology, and product teams.
• Drive 100% timeliness and accuracy in a “follow‑the‑sun” delivery model.

Required profile

• Understanding of investment operations, trade services, IBOR, and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with accountability for independent workload.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to address operational and technical issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for relationship building.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
