About the role
We are seeking an Investigations & Remediations Officer to support the identification, investigation and resolution of operational incidents within our call centre environment. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure incidents are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of our services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify operational incidents and gather relevant data for analysis.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes.
- Develop and implement remediation actions to resolve incidents.
- Document findings and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of incident resolution.
