About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Agent to join its global support team. The position is 100% remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

Provide omnichannel support (email, chat, phone) in French and English.
Diagnose and resolve user issues related to accounts, orders, and products.
Maintain customer satisfaction by adhering to TalentPop App’s quality standards.
Update internal databases and the CRM system after each interaction.

Required profile

Fluent French (C1/C2) and English.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or a contact‑center environment.
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage stress and work autonomously from home.
