Intermediate Recruiter – Healthcare Staffing

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Intermediate Recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals for its national client network. You will act as the bridge between candidates and healthcare facilities, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey from outreach to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening interviews to verify qualifications, licensure, and role fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate job details, compensation, and expectations clearly to candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Present qualified candidates that match client requirements.
• Support offer discussions, candidate acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and recruitment activity tracking.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of healthcare staffing or the medical imaging industry (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of accountability for activity tracking and recruitment performance.
