Intermediate Recruiter – Healthcare Staffing

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Intermediate Recruiter to join its healthcare staffing team in Cagayan De Oro City. You will source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals for a network of national clients, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening interviews to verify qualifications, licensure, and role fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate job details, compensation, and expectations clearly to candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Present qualified candidates that match client requirements.
• Support offer discussions, candidate acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and recruitment activity tracking.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of healthcare staffing or the medical imaging industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced setting.
• High level of accountability for activity tracking and recruitment performance.
