Intermediate Graphic Designer (Remote, PHP 52k-58k)

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate‑level Graphic Designer who thrives in a remote, Mac‑based environment. You will create and refine visual assets that support business goals across social media, advertising, content, and sales enablement, while adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and revise designs for organic social media, paid ads, white papers, ebooks, presentations, website pages, and marketing collateral.
• Produce print‑ready and digital‑ready assets that meet campaign timelines and client expectations.
• Maintain and update brand guides, ensuring consistency with each brand’s tone and visual standards.
• Apply WCAG‑informed accessibility best practices for colour, contrast, legibility, and layout.
• Consider SEO, website performance, and load‑time impacts when making design decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to increase creative volume and variation while personally auditing final quality.
• Document projects clearly with proper file naming, labeling, and asset organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional graphic design experience.
• Comfortable working on a Mac and using Pages within the Apple workflow.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Strong understanding of how visual design supports B2B technical audiences.
