Intermediate Graphic Designer – Hybrid (Central Luzon)

About the role

Beepo is looking for an Intermediate Graphic Designer to join its Central Luzon office. You will work in a hybrid setting, creating multi‑format designs for packaging, catalogues, digital assets, and retail environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce design outputs across packaging, catalogue, digital, and retail channels.
• Translate creative briefs into production‑ready files.
• Execute packaging artwork for multiple SKUs with accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare files for print, digital, and in‑store production according to specifications.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand, product, and production standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver aligned creative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong background in product and packaging design with end‑to‑end retail production knowledge.
• Experience delivering packaging, catalogue, and multi‑channel assets.
• Ability to work within structured workflows and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of packaging formats, dielines, and print production.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar workflow tools.
• Experience using AI‑enabled content creation tools in a production workflow.
