Interior Designer – Luxury Residential & Commercial

About the role
We are looking for an Interior Designer to translate client visions into high‑end residential and commercial spaces. The role balances showroom consultations, design pitching, and hands‑on site supervision across Antipolo and project locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead luxury residential and commercial client consultations, present mood boards, 3D renderings and guide material and custom cabinetry selections.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, hardware schedules and material matrices.
- Visit project sites regularly, verify field dimensions, coordinate with contractors to resolve layout changes and inspect custom fabrications before handover.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design; licensed interior designers and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness and physical ability to travel frequently to showrooms and active project sites.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for high‑end clientele.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp (with V‑Ray or Enscape rendering)
- Revit
