Intercompany Accounting Manager

About the role

The Manager, Intercompany Accounting owns Dover’s global intercompany accounting processes within the Record to Report team. You will be responsible for the integrity, quality, compliance and continuous improvement of intercompany accounting and reporting across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting professionals to deliver accurate and supportable financial results.
• Act as the process owner for intercompany accounting, ensuring short‑term delivery and long‑term capability maturity.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting and operating companies to standardise processes and resolve systemic issues.
• Maintain a strong control environment, overseeing SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
• Drive measurable improvements in process performance and lead transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management Accounting.
• Minimum seven years of experience in intercompany accounting, financial close and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SOX requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound technical judgment and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Experience leading process‑improvement or transformation projects.
