Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

The Infrastructure Administrator will deploy and manage enterprise observability and Agile/DevOps platforms, provide third‑level technical support, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and administer enterprise observability tools (server/agent installation, integrations, log management, dashboards, monitors and alerts); Datadog experience is a plus.
• Administer Agile/DevOps platforms, including user, project and pipeline management; Azure DevOps preferred.
• Provide third‑level support for incident, problem and change management following ITIL and SLA requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant education in a related field.
• Strong coding ability in Python, PowerShell and Bash, using Visual Studio Code as the primary IDE.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Hands‑on experience with serverless automation (Azure Functions or AWS Lambda), preferably Azure.
• Solid Windows and Linux server administration, including agent configuration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals to support SaaS agents and on‑prem components.
• Ability to quickly learn additional SaaS platforms (e.g., GitHub, Flexera).
• Cloud literacy with Microsoft Azure; AWS experience is a plus.
