Information Technology Specialist – E‑Commerce & Platform Support

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to provide daily support for our e‑commerce platforms and ensure smooth data flows across multiple systems. The role combines front‑end updates, integration monitoring, analytics reporting, and documentation coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify storefronts, including configuration checks, content updates, and data validation.
• Implement front‑end changes from briefs and designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across four brand sites.
• Conduct UAT testing for new features, campaigns, and releases, and build timely promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and validate data flows between OMS, ERP/SAP, MuleSoft, and 3PL systems, and assist with order, customer, and inventory issue investigations.
• Support CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Capillary, and manage version‑controlled workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
• Integrate new systems into existing CRM environments and maintain integration documentation.
• Perform basic analytics and reporting using GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, including tracking validation and dashboard creation.
• Keep documentation current (workflows, integrations, SOPs) and coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms (SFCC, Shopify) and front‑end technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integration tools (SAP, MuleSoft, Salesforce) and data‑flow monitoring.
• Ability to conduct UAT testing and manage version‑controlled code deployments.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and effective coordination with cross‑functional teams.
