Influencer Marketing Manager – Health & Wellness

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to expand the reach of our health‑and‑wellness aromatherapy brand across Southeast Asia. You will work directly with founders, building partnerships with key opinion leaders while shaping data‑driven strategies for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, and negotiate collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
• Build and manage influencer funnels, tracking performance from initial contact to partnership execution.
• Analyze campaign data, generate fast‑turn reports, and leverage AI tools to optimize results.
• Contribute to the development of regional expansion strategies and business cases.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in influencer or performance marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ideally having launched a startup or similar project.
• Strong analytical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Background in competitive environments such as consulting or fast‑moving startups.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven, and comfortable with high‑ownership roles.
