Industrial Engineer – Factory Layout & Capacity

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to take ownership of factory layout creation and support capacity modeling initiatives. The role is fully onsite and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient plant design and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed factory layout drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support and execute capacity modeling to align production capabilities with business demand.
• Lead and manage the overall layout planning process for new and existing facilities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure alignment of layout decisions.
• Drive meetings and alignment sessions across departments to facilitate smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in factory layout, capacity modeling, or related fields.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and PowerBI.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage virtual teams.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work 100 % onsite in the Philippines.
