Income Auditor – Hotel Revenue Control

About the role

The Lind Hotels is looking for a meticulous Income Auditor to safeguard revenue integrity at the Lind Coron resort. You will act as the primary financial supervisor on‑site, ensuring that all revenue streams are accurately recorded, audited, and reported daily.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, analyze and finalize daily property revenue reports and food cover counts.
• Monitor dockets, guest checks and ticket sequences to prevent reuse and ensure correct entry timelines.
• Audit corrections, rebates, miscellaneous charges and unsettled checks with proper documentation.
• Perform spot checks on outlet cash‑settled transactions and reconcile total outlet sales.
• Oversee loyalty programs, promotional coupons, gift certificates and corporate vouchers.
• Review the General Cashier’s Summary against bank‑in slips and conduct unannounced spot audits.
• Balance, audit and reconcile advance payments and guest deposits.
• Execute deep‑dive daily property reconciliations using operational back‑up systems and Night Audit summaries.
• Support specialized financial data tracking, variance analysis and ad‑hoc projects for the Finance Manager.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to work independently in a luxury resort environment.
• Excellent understanding of hotel revenue cycles and compliance protocols.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Opera PMS or equivalent hotel management system.
• Proficiency with Symphony POS or similar point‑of‑sale software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modeling.
