Reservations Executive – Luxury Island Resort

About the role

The Reservations Executive ensures smooth and efficient booking processes for guests at Amanpulo, a private island resort in the Philippines. The role involves handling reservations through phone, email and online systems, confirming bookings, and coordinating with multiple internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations via telephone, email, fax, and online channels, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of room availability, rates, promotions, and guest preferences.
• Confirm bookings, process deposits, handle amendments and cancellations, and update the reservation system accordingly.
• Promote in‑house facilities and up‑sell rooms or villas to optimise revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager, Central Reservations Office, Airport Supervisor, and Sales Office to coordinate flight details, transfers, and special requests.
• Continuously update the Guest History File with specific requests and important information for personalised service.
