About the role

The Inbound Travel Sales Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Cebu, handling incoming phone calls and online inquiries from customers seeking travel services. The role involves consulting clients on flight options, travel packages and related services, providing accurate information and personalized recommendations that fit their needs and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from customers looking for travel services.
• Consult clients on flight options, travel packages and related services, offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage reservations, process payments and confirm itineraries in the booking system.
• Document all travel details accurately in the system.
• Meet sales targets and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Promote additional services such as insurance or upgrades to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, adhering to company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with clear spoken and written English.
• Sales and negotiation abilities to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve performance targets.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, booking systems and common office software.
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail for handling complex itineraries and customer concerns.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cebu on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in tourism, hospitality, business or related fields is a plus.
• Resilience under pressure, a positive attitude and willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
