Inbound Partnerships Consultant

About the role

The Inbound Partnerships Consultant will be responsible for attracting and onboarding warm leads into Odoo’s partner network across the Philippines. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective partners, guiding them through the benefits of collaborating with Odoo and ensuring a smooth integration into the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects who have expressed interest in becoming Odoo business partners.
• Analyse current prospect processes, sales approaches, and long‑term plans to identify how Odoo can add value.
• Design tailored implementation packages and negotiate terms with future partners.
• Establish and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
• Develop and share ideas to expand the Odoo partner network within the targeted market.
• Manage Odoo business relationships within an assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve goals.
• Fluent in spoken English and Tagalog.
