Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Improvement Engineer to lead automation and process‑improvement initiatives across JFC Group’s manufacturing sites. The role focuses on driving productivity, efficiency and innovation through strategic projects that align with company standards and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation and process‑improvement opportunities across commissaries and develop detailed project scopes using standardized documentation.
• Lead supplier selection in line with technical and business requirements and prepare funding proposals for management approval.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to verify equipment performance before deployment.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of equipment installation, qualification and ensure smooth handover to manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in process innovation and automation within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading process‑improvement projects and engineering project management in a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Calubang, Laguna.
