About the role
The Implementation Officer will lead projects that design, develop, enhance, test and launch GTB products, focusing on online channels for cash management services. This role supports RCBC’s strategy to increase profitability, deepen banking relationships and grow CASA volumes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTB divisions, CBG, RBG and branch relationship managers to capture client cash‑management requirements.
- Design and develop product solutions that address those requirements and can be applied across multiple industries and market segments.
- Map client needs to existing bank solutions and operating systems, monitoring profitability and client response.
- Gather information to support product development, create competitive pricing models and produce marketing materials.
- Deliver product training and briefings to GTB divisions, relationship managers and branch marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations and manage enrollment and administration set‑up for e‑channel platforms.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of IT applications used for system customization and interface development.
- Experience in product development or marketing within the banking or broader business sector.
