Reserve Officer – Banking Service Manager

About the role

The Reserve Officer will step in for absent Business Center personnel, ensuring seamless banking operations and high‑quality customer service across assigned branches. This position supports the bank’s compliance, transaction processing, and service standards while contributing to overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assume the duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate, or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller when they are unavailable.
• Conduct compliance reviews on cases as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, and ATM duty officer responsibilities.
• Ensure Business Center transactions are processed within prescribed limits, approvals, and authorities according to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate with a four‑year degree in Business or a related service‑industry field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and branch operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the designated area.
