About the role
We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Systems Administrator to own and operate our eDirectory environment. The role focuses on ensuring the security, stability, and performance of identity services that support our IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Build, deploy, maintain, and document changes in eDirectory environments.
- Provide Level‑2 operational support for troubleshooting, request handling, and incident resolution.
- Assist in server and application migration projects, including Novell eDirectory migrations.
- Manage and create eDirectory drivers.
- Monitor platform stability, response times, and lifecycle management.
- Communicate system performance and incident reports to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of infrastructure experience, specifically with Novell products and Linux OS.
- Self‑motivated professional eager to grow in IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
