Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support the HR function by aligning recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. Based at SM City General Trias, the role ensures smooth talent acquisition and deployment while upholding the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of candidates for permanent, apprenticeship or contract positions.
• Monitor performance management activities, coordinate timely completion of appraisals and maintain related documentation.
• Address employee concerns, facilitate engagement programs and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training, learning and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, recruitment processes and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data management, manpower planning and performance monitoring.
