Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support all core HR functions, acting as a bridge between management and employees. This role ensures smooth HR operations, from recruitment to payroll, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, organize, control, and make decisions across all HR-related functions.
• Create employment contracts and update job descriptions.
• Maintain and revise the employee handbook on policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits and oversee payroll processes.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including writing and posting job advertisements.
• Conduct new‑employee orientations and provide employee‑relations counseling.
• Maintain company files, organizational charts, and HR documentation.
• Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures to improve HR effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison for management and staff to address demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and manage performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably as an HR Assistant or Generalist.
• Strong management abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, operational, and administrative capabilities.
