Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on employee relations, compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of local government benefits such as SSS, Pag‑IBIG, and PhilHealth.
• Interpret and apply Philippine labor laws and employee‑relations best practices.
• Draft, review, and manage disciplinary action documents.
• Collaborate closely with department leads, including Team Leaders and Operations Managers, to align expectations.
• Act as a bridge between management and staff, handling demands, grievances, and other issues.
• Negotiate with employee representatives on various matters.
• Apply project‑management principles within HR initiatives.
• Support employee‑engagement programs and help shape the employer‑brand strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR generalist with a focus on employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project‑management capability.
