Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Mega Prime Foods is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who views HR as a strategic ministry rather than a support function. You will work closely with business leaders to translate strategy into people solutions that drive organizational health and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent, performance, engagement, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring accountability, development, and values alignment.
• Lead employee‑relations initiatives and provide guidance on complex people matters.
• Identify capability gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to close them.
• Support succession planning and leadership development across assigned units.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Champion culture‑building initiatives that reinforce Mega’s values.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to fill critical roles with high‑quality talent.
• Lead change‑management efforts during transformation and growth.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering or generalist duties.
• Experience supporting leaders in manufacturing, FMCG or fast‑paced operational environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employee relations.
• Proven ability to influence business leaders and drive organizational change.
