Human Resources Associate – HR Specialist / Junior HR Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Associate to join DigiPlus Interactive Corp., a leading digital entertainment company in the Philippines. The position offers exposure to both HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, with coaching and potential rotation across HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding – and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Coordinate employee transactions with relevant HR teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations matters, performance and disciplinary issues, and organizational change initiatives.
• Help communicate HR policies, support employee engagement activities, and contribute to ad‑hoc HR projects.
• Continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and reporting while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; strong academic performance preferred.
• Fresh graduates with high potential are welcome; candidates with relevant HR experience may be considered for a specialist level.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to take on challenging assignments.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance of BGC, Taguig, or willing to relocate.
