Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support across core HR functions, ensuring smooth onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, visa processing, and internship coordination. The role also contributes to sustainability goals by promoting digital HR solutions and embedding safety and environmental awareness into HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement events such as monthly gatherings and company celebrations.
• Coordinate talent management activities, including performance evaluation schedules and documentation.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating job descriptions.
• Facilitate onboarding tasks: bank account setup, ATM card distribution, and delivery of essential information to new hires.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inbound and outbound visa applications, liaising with employees, government agencies, and external providers.
• Manage internship recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, record‑keeping, and act as the main liaison for interns.
• Maintain HR communications and job advertisements on the company’s Philippines platforms; create and update digital onboarding and induction materials.
• Support HR digitalisation by maintaining electronic records, improving communication channels, and reducing paper usage.
• Integrate sustainability, safety, and environmental messages into onboarding programs and internal communications.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, and external service providers.
• Attention to detail in handling documentation and compliance requirements.
• Interest in supporting sustainability and digital transformation initiatives.
