Human Resources Assistant (Entry‑Level)

About the role

We are seeking fresh graduates who are ready to start a career in Human Resources. As an entry‑level HR Assistant you will join a real HR team and support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to coordinating interviews.
• Support new‑hire onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Help drive employee engagement activities and contribute to employer‑branding projects.
• Interact daily with candidates, employees, managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Use HR tools and follow established processes, escalating issues only when necessary.

Required profile

• Coachable and process‑driven, able to accept feedback and follow systems.
• Digitally functional – comfortable navigating portals, filling forms and learning new tools independently.
• Genuinely people‑oriented, warm, approachable and confident initiating conversations.
• Comfortable working with data and AI‑enabled tools; curiosity about automation is expected.
• Available for a mid‑shift schedule in a hybrid setup.
