About the role
The HSEQ Associate (Document Controller) will support the Australian HSEQ function by managing key documentation and reporting systems. This role ensures accurate data collation, system administration, and timely delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the AMS system, including document numbering, request handling, and monthly reporting.
- Maintain the AIR system, generate weekly statistics, and produce various HSEQ reports (incidents, assurance, quality, planned activities).
- Prepare slides and statistics for monthly meetings and assist with carbon‑footprint reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by uploading audit reports and related documents.
- Coordinate tender submissions, track tender statistics, and manage standards subscriptions (i2i).
- Update the Legal Register using information from Lawlex and follow up on approvals or rejections.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis as required by the HSEQ team.
Required profile
- Demonstrated willingness and capability to perform a variety of administrative duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting cycles.
- Effective communication skills for follow‑ups with internal teams and external partners.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the AMS document management system.
- Experience using the AIR reporting platform.
- Familiarity with i2i standards subscription management.
- Knowledge of Lawlex for legal register updates.
